Our Concierge Approach to Equine Staffing

We curate the entire vetting experience for you—from in-depth interviews to comprehensive reference checks—ensuring only the highest-caliber candidates advance. Once we’ve hand-selected a refined shortlist, you’ll receive personalized profiles and may connect with them directly or arrange a private trial to ensure the perfect fit. Our service fee is collected only when you’ve chosen a candidate who meets your standards and you’re ready to welcome them into your program.

Meet the team

  • FOUNDER

    Jessica has been riding for most of her life and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Education. She has competed in both eventing and show jumping, and has successfully bred her own gelding, who recently won the 6-year-old finals at WEF. Deeply connected within the equestrian community, Jessica is passionate about helping farms find and connect with exceptional staff.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

    Caroline brings a lifelong passion for horses and a strong foundation in both riding and academics to her work within the equestrian world. With 19 years of experience and a background in the hunter and equitation rings, she has developed a strong understanding of horsemanship and the demands of the sport. Alongside her time in the ring, she has supported barns behind the scenes, gaining hands-on experience in horse care and daily operations. Currently balancing her amateur riding career with a Neuroscience degree at Boston University, she brings a thoughtful, organized approach and is dedicated to supporting and elevating the industry.

    With a deep passion for horses and a keen eye for design, Cailin leads the creative vision at Equine Concierge. Combining expertise in equestrian lifestyle, branding, and client experience, she ensures every service, event, and interaction reflects elegance, precision, and a love for the equestrian world.

  • STAFFING COORDINATOR

    As an amateur rider and former groom, Corinna has spent years immersed in the equestrian world, learning the ins and outs of barn life from both the saddle and behind the scenes. This experience gives her a deep understanding of what makes a stable thrive and how to find staff who fit seamlessly into each unique environment. She brings the same care and attention to detail to staffing as she does to riding, ensuring that every placement enhances the wellbeing of both horses and riders.
